The triple comfort room with balcony at Maison Cly is a cozy haven that combines the charm of wood and parquet flooring with breathtaking mountain views. It's perfect for someone like me who craves simplicity and relaxation after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I found the private entrance in the triple room a bit inconvenient. But hey, that's just my taste - others might still appreciate it!

Not possible to get a short entrance ticket for the SPA. Only day ticket for 20€, while we wanted to stay just a couple of hours for something around 10€

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place is simply breathtaking, nestled in a charming village surrounded by beautiful mountains. The views from our room were absolutely stunning, especially from our small balcony where we could sit and admire the starry night sky. The staff here were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

The receptionists were friendly and hospitable. Chamois is a picturesque mountain village, good for walking, easily accessible from the valley by cable car. Hotel close to cable car upper station, hence quite noisy during the day with deliveries. We booked 2 rooms; one Classic, one Comfort.
The evening meals were tasteless, dry, unimaginative, badly cooked, with no fresh vegetables, no vegetable buffet contrary to claims in brochure. Extremely limited choice for vegetarians. Even a simple pasta pomodoro was tasteless and undercooked (extremely al dente). Had to send several dishes back as uneatable. No transparency on wine/water prices. No free wi-fi over a 5 day period, even though main telephone was working properly! Our room by the main road was extremely noisy from 7am with passing tractors & trucks, even though it was classed as a "Comfort Room". We sent an email complaint to the hotel and the Duna Hotel Resorts Group, with no response. Would recommend the hotel sacks its present cook and employs a professional chef.

I always choose this place, no regrets. Staff helped with car service. It suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour security, restaurant, welcome drink. Coming back for Christmas. No smoking, pets allowed.

We had a fantastic weekend at Maison Cly, from the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The clean and spacious room provided breathtaking views of the Alps. The triple comfort room with balcony at Maison Cly in Chamois is absolutely amazing! It's like a cozy wooden haven with beautiful parquet floors. We loved just lounging on the balcony, taking in the breathtaking mountain views and watching the valley below. As a laid-back family, this room was perfect for us to unwind and enjoy the simplicity of the mountains.
If I had to pick a downside, I would say that the private entrance in the triple room was a bit of a surprise. It's not something we were used to, but I can see how some guests might enjoy the added privacy.

Spent an unforgettable Christmas vacation in the mountains. The winter panorama from the room window was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious with a range of regional products. The hotel was conveniently located close to the funicular and snowshoeing trails. An added bonus was the friendliness of the staff who made us feel at home during our stay.
The rooms were too minimalistic for the price and the heating was not enough to make us cosy, especially in the bathroom. The spa facilities were not fully working, so we couldn't get the relaxing treatments we expected.
